Today, I decided to take a break from working out! My back is hurting and my right knee is hurting as well! I do not want to overdo it! Plus today would have been my day to work on my back. I want to lose weight, but I have to have wisdom as well! So, if my back & knee feel better tomorrow, then I will work out! If not, then I will give myself one more day of rest!
But I will be back on track this week! I just do not want to put too much strain on my back!
On a good note, despite a sweet tooth, I was able to stay within my calorie range!
