Bye bye plateau!!!

So on Oct 11 I posted a blog about how I had reached my original goal of 105 lbs. From there I went down to 103 then back up to 105 lbs and have been stuck for about three weeks. Partly because I got a little lazy and a little unmotivated. Finally my motivation is coming back and I am working out regularly again. Also I am getting back to meeting my nutrition recommendations each day. So finally after 3 weeks of no weight loss I am at about 102! Sometimes I think my scale is broken because me? 102 lbs? ...can this really be happening?? Lol. But it is! Oh, how I love you sparkpeople.com! Also, I actually stopped and looked at my stomach in the mirror this morning and realized I am definetley getting some definition! It's still a work in progress and It's definetley not flat under my belly button but I do believe I see some little ab muscles trying to poke on through :) I am very happy and re-motivated! I feel like I did the first couple weeks on spark people. I just want the day to be over so I can wake up tomorrow and workout again! So if you are currently at a plateau don't give up! Don't get discouraged, just keep pushing!

    Yep I am at a dreaded plateau! have been for a couple months... darn.. I picked up the weights again... i have lost 3 inches in two weeks, hope the scale moves again soon. I love the scale when it moves in the right direction!
