it was been a while.
I have been training for my first social work job. Tonight is my first overnight shift.
I am excited! I am also feeling like my eating and sleeping schedule is going to be beezerks! So I appreciate any and all support from other third shifters or those who know about how others deal with third shift.
I actually haven't weighed myself in over a month. One thing that I have been doing well is eating regularly and drinking more water!
I have to work on eating regularly on an odd schedule though... wish me luck!
