Well, it feels that way because I am getting lots of lots of exercise minutes and miles for things like 10min walk to bus stop, walk to french class etc.!
It does seem a bit unfair to get minutes for those things, whereas before I wouldn't have entered any fitness minutes unless I did at least 45 minutes or 3 miles.
On the plus side, it really does motivate you to get up a move more, get off the bus one stop earlier etc. and I like seeing my Sparkpeople points and trophies.
I haven't actually gotten to 10,000 steps in a day yet, but that is my goal for the week.
