Run, Clothes, & Food

Today was really great! I actually managed to encourage myself while ignoring my intimation of hills to run outside again today. I'm working on doing at least 10 minutes of exercise (no matter what it is) for the entire month of November. It's rather of a kickoff to working out more often. In the last few months of moving and total stress overload, I managed to pack on the weight I lost this last year. Yikes! That's about 7 pounds, grrr... So I'm kicking off the holiday training and working it out mentally and physically. So far I'm 6 days of working out for 6 days of the month - hooray! *happy dance*
Exercise today: 2 miles in 20:30 (totally hill workout!) Yoga Session after: 9 minutes + hopefully running again tonight with the hubby. Take that hills!

Exercise Clothes: Such a difficult task being short when purchasing exercise clothes. I took this photo of my running outfit currently and another one of the pants that were made for giants! (Please ignore the terrible photos)
