Today i spent quite sometime in traffic today going to and coming from my appointment. The reason for the traffic jam, i do not know. A Repaired bridge was just fully reopened and one would think this would ease traffic as it serves as an alternative route. The puzzle is that traffic jam has gotten worse not better
