Weight lifting workout

A summary of today's workout:
- Dead lifts: 1x5@125kgs - OK
- OH Presses: 1x3+3x4+1x3@50kgs - FAIL, but better than last time.
- Squats: 5x5@82.5kgs - OK

I will increment the dead lift weight by 5kgs, and squat weight by 2.5kgs for the workout of Friday.
