64.08 kms walked for the full month of October. Tracking My Food
WHY am I not loosing weight ?

So far for November I have walked 34.8 kms and Tracking My Food

GRRR!!! I the bright side I am getting back in shape and no shin splints so far.
My angles caves little sore but not getting any worse.

    Weight watchers always preached that you have to get the water in, to flush out, and if you were behaving and exercising, they always said for the scale to move - you have to DRINK!!

    Congrats on some amazing numbers - you are moving and committed to yourself! - and good working tracking and eating right! When it does show, I am sure you will have some great numbers!

    Great advice by everyone - what about measurements, how do you feel energy wise, and yes!! Denim doesn't lie! How are the jeans??

    Give yourself a pat on the back for getting out there and posting some great mileage for the month of October! You are fitter than when you started right? If you have a lot of weight to lose...or not...change it up some days and raise your intensity or try some other exercise like yoga, pilates, or even weight lifting. P90x is famous for spreading the word on muscle confusion. Your muscles get used to doing the same thing all the time. You gotta change it up and trick your body into progress.

    Keep up the great work. Don't be too hard on yourself if the scale isn't giving you the love your are looking for. Just remember denim doesn't do your jeans fit? emoticon

    How about tracking your measurements? How do you clothes feel? Even if the scale isn't moving, you may be losing inches. Check your sodium intake, you may be retaining water weight. Or if you building muscle, your muscles may be retaining water.

    Sounds like you're staying active (64Km is a lot!) and if your staying with in your daily food goals you'll see results! Good luck!

    What is your daily calorie consumption/burn ratio? Mayhaps you aren’t eating enough?
