Last night's dinner was homemade butternut squash and apple soup and a homemade black bean veggie burger. Today for lunch I had homemade vegetarian chili (with tempeh and black beans), and I'm gonna have more soup for snack later on. I'm slowly saying bye-bye to pre-packaged food!

I've noticed that I enjoy them more than take out now that I have to focus more on eating since I'm pregnant and came down with the ugly pregnancy diabetes =(. I hope to follow more of you!
