When is it safe to change your weight tracker?

I have wanted to change my weight tracker for over two weeks. I’ve been hesitant cause in the past I’ve changed it and the weight returned.
I reached my weight goal of 159 while training for my 1st Marathon and have managed to keep it off; with an exception of a two pound swing every now and then.
I’m a very goal orientated individual so I set a new goal of 155; with the mine set of “one day if I’m lucky”.
For the last two weeks or so I have maintain a steady weight of 157; with a few days at 155. I think it’s due to my back to back events in October.
Not sure when my weight loss is official enough to change my tracker.
