I have wanted to change my weight tracker for over two weeks. Iíve been hesitant cause in the past Iíve changed it and the weight returned.
I reached my weight goal of 159 while training for my 1st Marathon and have managed to keep it off; with an exception of a two pound swing every now and then.
Iím a very goal orientated individual so I set a new goal of 155; with the mine set of ďone day if Iím luckyĒ.
For the last two weeks or so I have maintain a steady weight of 157; with a few days at 155. I think itís due to my back to back events in October.
Not sure when my weight loss is official enough to change my tracker.
