When is it safe to change your weight tracker?

I have wanted to change my weight tracker for over two weeks. I’ve been hesitant cause in the past I’ve changed it and the weight returned.

I reached my weight goal of 159 while training for my 1st Marathon and have managed to keep it off; with an exception of a two pound swing every now and then. emoticon

I’m a very goal orientated individual so I set a new goal of 155; with the mine set of “one day if I’m lucky”. emoticon

For the last two weeks or so I have maintain a steady weight of 157; with a few days at 155. I think it’s due to my back to back events in October. emoticon

Not sure when my weight loss is official enough to change my tracker. emoticon

    I weigh-in every Sunday.. and that is when I change it. Up or down... it is the weight I weigh at the time.

    I change mine every time I weigh myself (if there's a difference). It keeps me accountable.

    I just changed mine the other day and it worked just fine. Hope that answers your question...however, as we all know, NOTHING goes right ALL the time. emoticon

    I think now is a good time to change it, after all you been at 157 for two weeks now. I would change it. emoticon
