2 x black coffee and 2 portions of my trail mix

First litre of water

Snack
Second litre of water and portion of trail mix

Pre luncheon walk around area by work (28minutes)

Lunch
Leftover Bolognese without the pasta or cheese

Third Litre of water

Snack 2
Cadbury's Double Decker

Dinner
Stew and Dumplings (braising steak, mushrooms, carrots, peas, tinned potatoes, and onions - homemade emoticon )

15minutes on the x-box to get my exercise minutes in as aching too much for strength

Learning Point - red meat twice in one day is hard on the calories
