I've decided to start a new Spark Streak! I will be tracking it in my weekly goal tracking blogs.
I've noticed that my sleep and stress really controls my weight gain or loss more than any other factor... when I am well-rested and wake early, I have much more stamina, willpower, motivation, and energy to be active. So, I've decided to focus on a nightly bedtime routine to make sure I sleep well each and every single night!
-No vigorous exercise after 7 pm (it tends to keep me awake).
-No TV after 8 pm.
-Begin Bedtime Routine by 8 pm.
-Stretch (or yoga). Any duration, just do some stretches.
-Bath. Every Night. Even if I already showered that day: a nighttime bath does WONDERS for my relaxation and sleep quality.
-Deep breathing and/or meditation just before bed.
I love myself. I love my body. I am strong. I will do this.
