Voting Day !

Tuesday, November 06, 2012

If you are a Christian and yet are still undecided on who you will vote for, consider this:
1. If you saw the convention, the Democratic party did not want God or Jesus mentioned in their platform. What true Christian could support any Democratic candidate?
2. President Obama has now openly declared his support for homosexual marriage, which God's word says is absolutely unbiblical. It's not a homosexual issue, it's a sin issue. How could a true disciple of Jesus vote for Obama?
3. President Obama is in full support for every kind of abortion and killing of unborn children at any time of pregnancy, including the barbaric so called "partial-birth abortion." The Bible says that God is the One who forms the baby in the womb. Everyone knows that life begins at conception. So how could a Christian with a Biblical worldview vote for President Obama?
4. President Obama has said that Catholics have to violate their consciences and give contraceptive
and abortion services to those who work for their charities. By this, the President and Obamacare are taking away and undermining the religious liberties of every faith. Only a deceived Christian could even consider voting for Obama.

The election is not about race, but righteousness, life, truth and justice.

Governor Romney's stance is the opposite of Obama's on these issues.
Hopefully that should clear things up for any confused Christian. Edmund Burke said that the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good people to do (and say) nothing."
Clay Brooks

I agree with cakemakermom and 67-ykceb

Christians are to up lift one another up , not tear down. Obama stated the moral issues you mention
are not his .He believes as I do we are a great nation . live under freedom of choice.

the devil left heaven by choice, angles left heaven by choice . and you can choose
to go to hell or be saved all by choice .
to live by the law , then live by the whole law. Jesus heart was for the poor
Jesus loved others , he came to save not to judge.
I am a saved born again christian over 50 years , I am not deceived .
let God Judge me not man. Let God tell me I am deceived . by Holy spirit .
you have voice your opinion. I have voice mine

God Bless

I have to agree with CAKEMAKERMOM.
This country is about freedom, freedom from being prosecuted for our religion. Freedom to believe and live the way we want as long as no harm comes to our fellow man by our way of life. I don't think that religion should come into play in an election. It should be about how you can improve this Nation. Not which Bible you read. Or what your beliefs are. I also feel like, we as Christians, should not be judging those that are different than us. The other beliefs, the gays, the non religious. It is our place to love. To love the way Jesus loves us. Without judgement, without condemnation.

Like many of faith I am concerned with the direction this country is taking.
Remember JFK's words... ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.... maybe we should also say not what somebody else can do for you but what you can do for yourself...

Remember, everything anyone gets for FREE... someone else had to pay for.

I'm thanking God that this country was founded on the Christian principles that the churches worked out for self government. Self government requires a moral people or the resources of the nation are squandered. Thanks for the post. Praying with you for our nation. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Fortunately this is a country that allows people to celebrate their religious freedom, but that also means that others get to celebrate their religious freedom also, even if it is different from yours. This is a country full of diversity which means that some people will disagree with you, but it's everyone right to be able to openly act they way they wish as long as it doesn't harm other's rights. Remember that this is not a Christian nation, but a nation full of diversity and many religions, people and cultures.

America is the land of the free! We have the ability to state our opinion without being jailed or beaten for it.

I'm so afraid that Romney will win the popular vote but Obama will win electoral college, which will give Obama another 4 years... I wish every American had a voice! Electoral college was great when technology wasn't as advanced. But this day in age, everyone should be heard.!!! I will be voting after work, even though my state (NY) always goes to the Democrat. If I don't vote, I can't complain for 4 years! LOL

May our nation turn back to God and become once again, "one nation under God"! May He be exalted in our voting today and may people vote according to His principles upon which our nation was founded!
