Personal Challenge

I'm so near from my goal, that I don't want to fall off the wagon... I'm doing a mini personal challenge this week, along with a two weeks challenge...

Challenge 1 (1 week long) Exercise every evening this week. I tend to get lazy in the evening/night and drop the ball.

Challenge 2 (2 weeks long) Change my dinner to cereal, trying to decrease the amount of calories I'm ingesting.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Yesterday I did 5.25 miles (two in the morning three and a quarter in the evening).
Also did 150 crunches and 150 wall push ups.

    Great goals and accountability!

I need to hoist myself back up onto the wagon -- seems I've used my whole moving experience as one big excuse to jump off the wagon.

Your posting gives me ideas, so I'm going to go come up with some goals and a two week challenge as well.
