I'm so near from my goal, that I don't want to fall off the wagon... I'm doing a mini personal challenge this week, along with a two weeks challenge...
Challenge 1 (1 week long) Exercise every evening this week. I tend to get lazy in the evening/night and drop the ball.
Challenge 2 (2 weeks long) Change my dinner to cereal, trying to decrease the amount of calories I'm ingesting.
Yesterday I did 5.25 miles (two in the morning three and a quarter in the evening).
Also did 150 crunches and 150 wall push ups.
