SO I haven been doing horrible on the whole in shape thing but deff not great. I have been moving into the new house so I am getting tons of exercise ( I cant believe we had so much stuff!) eating habits haven't been great though since we didn't have dishes/pots or pans we couldn't really cook.
not a huge excuse since I could of made better choices/amounts. pizza is hard not to love but I do the grilled chicken stuff with salad and balsamic dressing on the side at the restaurant across the way.
hopefully since we have most things moved in I can start getting the food end right, and really get serious
