I have found along my weight loss journey that I have to want to lose this weight and have a more positive attitude towards life. My negative thinking really got me going down the road path. Exercising has helped alot with my self esteem and motivation. Don't let that little voice in your head tell you that you really don't have to exercise today or that one more bite won't hurt. Think of how far you have come and then just exercise and push that plate away.
