This is an assignment for SparkCoach and a tricky one for me. I am having no problems with my commitment to my fitness plan and am really enjoying it for the first time in my life. I hiked with my daughter to a really pretty waterfall, something I probably wouldn't have had the confidence to do 3 months ago.
I struggle with making good food choices fun and adventurous. I've tried new recipes and try to get my kids on board with trying new stuff but it's a bit of an uphill battle in my house. I don't feel real negative about it and I guess any small changes I make are good ones but if anyone has suggestions I'd love to hear them.
