My fitness/menu for the week of Nov. 5-9

My menu for this week:

Breakfast will consist of:
Oatmeal, coffee with one serving of creamer, and water

Snack 1:
One serving of unsalted almonds

Lunch:
Peanut butter sandwich on Safeway Healthy Bread
An apple
6 oz. Yo-Crunch Strawberry Yogurt
Water

Snack 2:
Snackwells 130 calorie popcorn drizzled with chocolate

Dinner (since I don't have an oven/stove, this will be a little tricky):
We'll be making sandwiches (ham or turkey and cheese), salads, soups

Workout schedule:

In the morning, I'll do the GOYB
At my lunch, I'll walk two miles
In the evening, I'll go to the Sparkpeople video and do 30 min. of Pilates and Cardio.
