I came up with a reward for when I have a good workout.... It's Caress Burnt Brown Sugar body wash! I typically use a bar soap, so such a delicious scent is a true treat. It's pretty cheap as far as a reward goes, but it's not something I would spend money on for everyday use. It's also an instant reward. No waiting, just work out and get the reward. On days I don't work out, it sits there calling out, begging me to go work out!
I've been using this as a reward for about a week and a half and it is still motivating. If you were already using a body wash, maybe a new scent or a special one from Victoria Secret would be a good incentive.
Now that I have a reward for working out, I want to come up with a reward for tracking my food. So far I have come up with setting aside $10 a week, and if I track all week, then the $10 can be used to buy workout clothes or bike accessories. If I miss my goal, then the $10 is donated. It's a steep investment, so I'm not sure just yet. But I believe that it you reward the right behavior the results will come.
