So I know I've written a lot in the past about potentially being gluten intolerant. In my last post I said I thought maybe my adverse reactions could have just been brought on by my constant eating out. I thought hard about it though and there have been many times I've given up eating out and I still haven't had the positive effects I've gotten from giving up gluten. I've been gluten free for 4 weeks and below are some positive side effects I've had so far:

-My depression lifted.
-My self esteem has increased. I no longer place importance on what others think.
-I don't crave sugar like I used to.
-I'm able to stick to my diet and exercise routine where before I had no motivation.
-My hair loss has decreased.
-My dandruff has cleared up.
-My social anxiety has gotten much better. Last week I was able to dance alcohol free.
-My mind has cleared and I'm able to read people better. My intuition has gotten better.

There may be more positive effects to come but for the time being I'm super happy with these.
