November 2012 Goals!!!

My main goal for October was to track everything I eat, eat out less often, and skate more. I accomplished tracking what I ate and skating often. I ate out way too much and need to cut back on that...so that will be my focus for this month...

This month I will focus on:
emoticon Eating in more often
emoticon Preparing menus and snacks
emoticon Cross training to help improve roller derby progress

These focuses will cause me to:
emoticon Lose 5-8 pounds
emoticon Improve eating habits
emoticon Improve my skating skills and speed
emoticon Save money
emoticon Explore new recipes and substitutes

Some of my other goals/to do list:
emoticon Finish Christmas shopping (like to get this done early)
emoticon Continue cleaning the office area
emoticon Make budget for this month
emoticon Vacuum and clean my car
emoticon Transfer old files to new external drive

If I have time...
emoticon Clean downstairs
emoticon Practice guitar once a week
emoticon Make good peanut brittle
