My main goal for October was to track everything I eat, eat out less often, and skate more. I accomplished tracking what I ate and skating often. I ate out way too much and need to cut back on that...so that will be my focus for this month...
This month I will focus on:
Eating in more often
Preparing menus and snacks
Cross training to help improve roller derby progress
These focuses will cause me to:
Lose 5-8 pounds
Improve eating habits
Improve my skating skills and speed
Explore new recipes and substitutes
Some of my other goals/to do list:
Finish Christmas shopping (like to get this done early)
Continue cleaning the office area
Make budget for this month
Vacuum and clean my car
Transfer old files to new external drive
If I have time...
Practice guitar once a week
Make good peanut brittle
