Weekend challenge take 3

So I had this coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free for a Whopper that expired yesterday. And what did I do, I used it. 1st time in maybe a year that I've had a Whopper. Was the coupon worth it, yes! It reminded me that I'm just as happy with a buck double for half the calories.

So I barely stayed in range with sodium, thank you very much BK. I had veggies and popcorn (100 cal bag) so I got my fiber in.

What I learned: I said I was going to get some exercise in, but I didn't do it early and after running errands and doing some chores, I thought it was too late to exercise and would get me wound up. Needless to say, when w/o the exercise, I tossed and turned until about 1:00 am.

I am going to work very hard on getting back to an early morning work out.

    Great lesson learnt. I can't remember the last time I had a Whopper!
My taste buds have changed so much I'm a fish eater now-mostly!

COCHRANE0511 has the idea= even 10 mins is beneficial!

    Sometimes, you have to use the coupons to find out the truth. Good for you! I've done the toss and turn thing and I might as well have just gotten up worked out so it'd be off my mind and I could have probably slept. But live and learn right?!

    I am so glad that we do not have the temptation of fast food places here where I live in Mexico. We have the little taco stands but I make my own tacos at home. I have never been a fast food person though. Never felt satisfied after I ate that only made me more hungry. Hum, perhaps not enough vitamins and nutrients.

    Your errands and chores providedyou some burned don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a new day. Set your alarm clock to awaken 30 minutes to an hour earlier so you can do your exercises before your day begins. It works for me....Hang in there.
