Weekend challenge take 3

So I had this coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free for a Whopper that expired yesterday. And what did I do, I used it. 1st time in maybe a year that I've had a Whopper. Was the coupon worth it, yes! It reminded me that I'm just as happy with a buck double for half the calories.
So I barely stayed in range with sodium, thank you very much BK. I had veggies and popcorn (100 cal bag) so I got my fiber in.
What I learned: I said I was going to get some exercise in, but I didn't do it early and after running errands and doing some chores, I thought it was too late to exercise and would get me wound up. Needless to say, when w/o the exercise, I tossed and turned until about 1:00 am.
I am going to work very hard on getting back to an early morning work out.
