One of this weekend's challenge items is to work up a strategy for the coming 7 days. I really need it this week!
Breakfast will be easy, I've already got it covered.
Bone Broth, Hard Boiled Egg, piece of fruit.
Meat and Veg
Dinners, not so easy! I am dating once again, and eating out comes with that. My strategy for restaurant dinners is to pick the place myself. This past week I did really well, ordering things off the ala cart menu or the happy hour menus, and asking to have rice, pita bread, etc left off my plate. It helps to meet men who are just as interested in healthy eating as I am.
Meals at home? Covered. Meat and Veg, and mixed berries when i want a desert.
Min 25 crunches every morning, Min 25 squats every evening.
Walk 20 minutes with Jeff at work daily.
Run 3 times during the week/weekend. Tonight I will try to get some hill runs in. Thursday I will run, and then again Saturday for a long run.
Tomorrow night's "date" is a 2 hour tromp through downtown Portland with the Mazamas Hiking group, perfect for my LCW minutes.
TNT on Wednesday, and I will make sure I pick up my dumbbells at least one other day during the week.
Sunday, if it isn't pouring, I will head off to the Wildwood Trail. It's been way too long, and though yesterday's hike to Angel's Rest was fun, I need more time with the trees than just an hour or two. My pretty white and red trail runners are about to meet the mud.
