Brrr, where did these cold temperatures come from lately? Sadly, it's only started and I'm already complaining about it. Today I got out of the house and did some leaf blowing for about 1.5 hours (boy do my wrists hurt). Afterwards I managed to jump on the road and run 1.41 miles. It's not record breaking but I was hoping to go run with the husband tonight. The hills around our new house are really killing me... Okay, so maybe not killing but it's creating an issue with starting up again. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!!!

I'm not a runner, so I don't know if my suggestion has merit, but when I am advancing in my workout and add intensity, I decrease the time and/or distance and gradually work up to the amount of time and/or distance I had before I added the intensity. 1634 days ago
