listen to music
get a massage
read a book
work out really hard
talk to a friend
write or blog
browse positivelypresent.com positivelypositive.com daniellelaporte.com
do intentional acts of kindness
do a good cathartic cry
mindfully make some tea
repeat the Serenity Prayer a zillion times
check myself before i wreck myself - examine my thoughts: am i having a pity party?
take a walk
look up cute baby animal pictures on the internet
watch a funny movie
space out or daydream
