Blogging late today....but it was a good one. Got on the treadmill early, and plan on getting on again later when DWTS begins. I realized that I feel really good and full of energy if I exercise even a little in the morning, and it lasts all day. I ate mostly clean (free pizza @ work, but I had one small slice of veggie pizza and ate my salad). I have been using some treadmill workouts that I've collected over the years. So many workouts are for people who are accomplished runners and can handle anything over 5.0; these are a little slower but use the incline quite a bit and you can burn up to 300 calories. I really feel as though I'm starting to get somewhere....not even a whole week yet. This is good!
