Exercise plan for now

For the past few months, my workout routine was this: running, running, running and more running. No strength training. No bueno. Over the summer I did JM's Ripped in 30 and ran every other day. It worked for me. Now my plan is to combine the levels in one day with heavier weights. Friday I did levels 1 and 2 back-to-back and burned over 500 calories. This week and next week I'll do this - combine levels 1 and 2. The following 2 weeks I'll combine levels 2 and 3, and eventually combine 3 and 4. And, if we miraculously have some nicer days, I'll throw some running in there. But for now Monday, Wednesday, Friday is Ripped in 30. Saturdays I'll do some form of just cardio, whether it's the treadmill, running outside or just 30 minutes of Just Dance on the Wii. And on that note, it's time to get my butt in gear.
