Black coffee and 2 portions of my trail mix (dried fruit, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips)
Core work out of bends, crunches, extensions and lifts etc while watching BLC USA season 9
Black coffee and a turkish delight
Cup of Green Tea
Cheese (35g finely grated) on 2 slices of toast with branston pickle.
First litre of water
20 minutes of exercise using the x-box
2 filter coffees
Shorter walk of just over 20 minutes round the block
2nd litre of water
Roast chicken, with gravy, green beans, yorkshire pudding, mange tout and potatoes roasted in dripping.
Followed by home made lemon cake
Water 2 litres
Learning Point - start drinking water earlier on days when I am at home - if it wasn't for the challenge I wouldn't be drinking enough.
