Day 12 Whole30 what's cooking?

I put the jerky in the dehydrator this morning.
A beef roast is in the crock pot with garlic, carrots and celery.
The go around 'set it and forget it' has a large chicken.
We still have to cut up the jicama for snacks.
Need to grill the hamburgers, make more hard boiled eggs and got DH some chicken breasts to grill and cut up for his salads. He likes that at Costco, but the home made version is healthier. I serve pine nuts instead of croutons.
Well, that will be a lot of food to package up for the week or more. Got a shelf going in the freezer for prepared meals. Back to work tomorrow.
I had not cooked in 24 years and been cooking up a storm these last couple months, not wanting to eat packaged foods. DH did what cooking was done at home. Shopping and dishes too. Yes a find, but trained right from the beginning. I said, hi my name is Dayle, I don't cook and I'm moving out west.
He bought that. Now I have spoiled him and will probably have to keep cooking.
It has been a hoot.
