My real reasons to get fit and healthy and lose weight

hmm should I confess here that one reason is to make my ex sorry he left :) Also to be attractive and feel good about myself, maybe start a relationship with a man. Then there is the reality that if I don't do something soon, I could have heart or other health problems. That should be enough reasons and motivations shouldn't it. Right now and for a year I have been yo yo dieting. So I am missing something. I do have an emotional eating problem and when things go wrong (my car got stolen last week !) I want to eat and I forget about wanting to look good, be healthy, and exercise. I am going to post my reasons on the door of my refrigerator at home and have a quick reference page on my iphone to use at times of temptation. I am open to other ideas any of you have. Many thanks.
