The Dilemma of the Afternoon Workout

I know that I want to workout today, but I am trying to decide between hitting some machines by doing cardio or going to Zumba class. I haven't been to Zumba in a long time, and I hate dancing. The other part of me just wants to hook up my Wii to the TV and play Just Dance. I could also go to my old gym in my hometown and walk on the treadmill for an hour. DECISIONS, DECISIONS, however; they have to be made!

    The most important thing is to move effectively. Whichever makes you feel happy, zumba, walk or gym. emoticon emoticon

    I used to get stuck in deciding whether to exercise or not! And now, I usually trying to decide which exercises to do :D

    I think it's awesome that you have so many options. A. It will make you feel like you are CHOOSing to work out instead of making yourself, and B. You'll never get bored with so many options!

As far as choosing, if they all sound equally appealing, go with what matches your current goals best.
