As part of CAMO weekend DE-stress challenge (and to earn mega points) I'm listing some of the ways I find to de-stress!!!
1. close my eyes and count to 10 SLOWLY...count again if necessary!!
2. FIVE deep breaths/or more if need be!
3. Go into to the bathroom, shut the door and pray.
4. Do something fun!!
6 Go for a doggie walk... or without the pup!
7. Play some music LOUD!
9 Play some relaxing music
11. Look at pictures
12. take a nap
14. Take a shower
15. massage my forehead/temples
(and the list goes on.....as there are lots of things I use from my keep cool bag!)
