It is another new week. I was happy with the scale this morning after a great day staying on track yesterday. I have been reading Tosca Reno's books about Clean Eating. I am working on adjusting my diet to include protein 5 times a day with healthy carbs. For example for breakfast: oatmeal with strawberries and 1/2 of low fat cottage cheese.

My husband is continuing his HCG diet and is down over 20 pounds 17 days, which is awesome. I continue to support his effforts and pray that we will both achieve our goals which will allow us to move forward with a new healthy lifestyle and outlook.

I am off to do my workout this morning.
