Good Morning SP!

Starting a new week, this weekend I sort of went of track.
But today is a bright new day. I have brought all the left over candy to the cub scouts.
I have healthy snacks for me at work. I have fish thawing to cook for dinner and lots of green veggies to make with it.

All the snacks that I get for my SKINNY sons are now out of the kitchen and stored in their rooms. (I raided the cheese balls...THEY WERE CALLING ME BY MY FIRST NAME!!!) so now they are squirreled away where I can see or hear them!!! LOL

I have written out my weekly agenda and going to stick to it.
This morning was an hour long spin class that kicked BUTT!
I have my water...and it's a good day!!!

    I really needed to just avoid candy this year...(lucky for me no trick-or-treaters in my community)...but others brought in candy for a class...and I managed to leave the bowl with stuff at the store where we had our class...WHEW!

Sugar is still my go-to treat. Wonder what vitamin or mineral I'm deficient in...or maybe it IS all in my brain.
