I think one of the reasons I slagged so much in October was because I didn't set any goals. I need them to keep me motivated! So even though this is a few days late, here are my goals.
-run 3x a week, building up to running 5 miles at a time [although that specifically is a goal for the end of the year, not the end of the month]
-use treadclimber 3x/week
-go for walk outside at least 2x/week
-basic strength training [pushups, crunches, squats, etc.] 2x/week
-lose 5 pounds this month
-only drink alcohol twice [election day and Thanksgiving]
-burn 4000 calories/week
-accumulate 2500 fitness minutes
-only get takeout 2x/week [working at the library has left me exhausted so I've been relying on this much more than usual]
-blog 3x/week [whether on here, my other blog, or a combination of the two]
