I'm up 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I haven't been exercising because my shin splint and knee have been bothering me so bad.. (No excuse not to work my upper body) and I have been eating candy still. I'm putting it up today. I didn't want to take the boys candy away too soon. They needed to enjoy it. I ate so much I got sick to my stomach. It's so weird because normally I'm really good about being able to not eat different things like that.. Yes over eat, but not stuff like that. I think my IUD and my still bleeding from it has got to have something to do with it. (Sorry, TMI) It's kinda like PMS cravings. I'll be ok though. I'll get this under control. I will get to my goal. I CAN do this. I WILL do this!! I WILL NOT STOP! I WILL NOT EVER GIVE UP!! I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE UP!
