One topic was what is your plan?
I decided to repost my response here.
My plan is to limit. If I deny myself all the treats I will binge out.
I need to try to ignore most of the treats in the office (and it will flood with them) Maybe have a mini cookie now and then or something small so that I don't get obsessed with the feeling of depravation.
On some occasions I may take home a small treat to share with my sister and or BF over the weekend (keeping myself from eating the whole thing)
I will not try to deprive myself on the Actual Holiday's themselves, but try not take it beyond that. It doesn't help when my Mother comes two weeks before Christmas to have a craft and goodies weekend with myself and my sister.
It doesn't help that when I arrive at her house 3 days before Christmas and try to refuse treats she say's "For heavenís sake, a couple of days isn't going to make you gain it all back"
I am quite honestly terrified.
Sorry for the ramble.
So I think, and I need to do this anyway, I also need to step up my workout routine. I have been slightly slacking lately and need to do it anyway, but it seems that I need to be disciplined with the food but also ready to burn calories as it seems that some are inevitable.
