Starting over - Day 4 - Give yourself credit

As I’ve mentioned before, I need to start over and be faithful to the beck diet process. I thought I could take shortcuts and skip some steps, but now I see I can’t do that. I really went hog wild last night and I need the help to become and stay healthy. “This is hard. I’ll get better at it”.

So, Starting at Day 4 - Give yourself credit. How can I do this? I’ll keep a document open during the day to add credit in when I deserve it. That is doable.

I can eat mindfully too. Take a few sips of water every 3 bites, make my bites smaller. Also planning my meals the night before.

I just posted in one of my groups. And then in another. I am thinking I can use the groups and my blog to be my coach.
