Week 10 begins (fireplace)

This will be a challenging week. But a good one.
My main goal for the week is to be active. Had some nice walks plus kettlebells this weekend and will continue the trend! I feel so much better when I am active daily to near-daily.
My other goal is to journal what I eat and what activity I do on my phone.
Two simple goals.
I've been thinking of my nearest and not-so-near-all-the-time but dearest, lately. Esp. those affected by Sandy. Lighting the hearth and sending out love and care.
Today, I'll be having leftovers from last night - lovely day, yesterday, and good food! Good as in delicious, varied, fresh and mostly-local.
Baby bok choy, snow pea pod, red pepper, mushrooms, carrots, seitan, ginger, lemon, garic w/toasted sesame seeds.
Served w/Kashi pilaf
Was trying on clothes last night - had several outfits I thought looked particularly nice - my challenge may not be going perfectly but there is no denying that I am closing in on 10 pounds down and it shows!
