Many of you have or are going through the same ups and down in our journey to lose this extra weight we are carrying around that is not good for our health (physical or mental). I start out with a real "gungho" attitude at the beginning of the month but as the second week comes along, I find myself not tracking my food or exercising like I should be. My motivation goes downhill from there. How do I stay off of this roller coaster? Use SparkPeople!! Reading the blogs and articles plus being on a Sparkteam or two helps but I have to be sure to login each day to stay motivated. SparkPeople is there for all of us. Is free and like having your own nutritionist and exercise trainer constantly within reach. You don't have to go out to be able to enjoy all the benefits. This is how I am staying motivated this month and I hope you will join me.
