Its the start of a new day, and a new me. I am now carrying a book around with me, so I can write up the nutritional facts of foods that I am currently eating. I have already added two products to the food listings, and this will make it easier to say within my calorie range.
What I am totally amazed at is how much calories you consume when drinking coffee, especially when you think of what you put in it ie milk, sugar etc.
I drew up an exercise and eating plan for this week, and I am hoping that I can stick to it 100% or at least get close. It is very basic but I guess that is a good start.
So its back to basics for me, and I intend to give 100%. I need to do this for ME!
