November isn't the easiest but we can do it! :)

November is definitely not the easiest month for staying healthy. I haven't done the greatest so far but there's still plenty of time to change that.

Yesterday, We took my dog to the park. She had a blast & I love to see her happy and enjoying her time. :)

My goal for November is to reach 1,000 fitness minutes. I better step it up! :p

    Now through Jan are hard for me too....Last year I managed to lose seven pounds in that time...I need to get motivated to get back on the healthy track!

    I never really set exercise goals in terms of minutes. I just try to move and do something exercise wise 4-5 days per week at least. You reminded me that there are other ways to set goals - thanks! Also a good reminder that we all struggle along at this food laden time of year with all those tempting holidays. You are going to be strong this holiday season, I can feel it already. emoticon
