Day 11 Whole30 meals planned

I want beef jerky, so thawed some steaks, cut, marinating in frig and will dehydrate/cook later.
We fermented our own pickles, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower.
Now, I am going to have jerky without sugar, odd spices, preservatives and other strange ingredients.
Hamburgers for lunches. Hardboiled eggs for snacks.
Occ salad, steaks on the grill, I have fresh pork cooked far a couple slices with eggs.
A chicken and a beef roast are thawing.
Well, cook and prepare for the week is a great day.
I have not lost much lately, but not gaining. Worry about it less and less.
Having food prepared takes some stress out of thinking about food.
I will get there, enjoying the journey.
