Day 11 Whole30 meals planned

I want beef jerky, so thawed some steaks, cut, marinating in frig and will dehydrate/cook later.
We fermented our own pickles, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower.
Now, I am going to have jerky without sugar, odd spices, preservatives and other strange ingredients.
Hamburgers for lunches. Hardboiled eggs for snacks.
Occ salad, steaks on the grill, I have fresh pork cooked far a couple slices with eggs.
A chicken and a beef roast are thawing.
Well, cook and prepare for the week is a great day.
I have not lost much lately, but not gaining. Worry about it less and less.
Having food prepared takes some stress out of thinking about food.

    Sounds like you have it all going on! It's so important to success to plan food -- something I resisted in the past but now know that failure to plan leads to failure.
