Weekly plan 11/5-11/11 Gym and Dinners

Monday: Gym with Athen 1 hour; Family Zumba with Erica 1 hour emoticon except it was 40 minutes of treadmill and 1 hour zumba

Tuesday: Gym during Erica's dance class 40 min; Gym with Athen 1 hour

Wednesday: Gym with Jodie during Erica's dance class 40 min; Family Zumba with Erica 1 hour

Thursday: Gym with Athen 1 hour

Friday: Pool with the family

Saturday: No gym. Class for work today.

Sunday: Gym with Athen 1 hour

Total gym time: 440 minutes (hoping to reach my goal this week!)

Also going to track meals for my own planning purposes lol. Need to think ahead to keep it gluten free. If I don't plan ahead, I almost always fall back into quicker bad habits.

Monday: Turkey burgers with roasted eggplant (Ended up having stroganoff tonight with roasted eggplant)

Tuesday: Turkey Chili

Wednesday: Lamb burgers with salad

Thursday: BBQ chicken and acorn squash

Friday: London Broil with peppers and mashed cauliflower

Saturday: Beef stroganoff on rice (using grass fed ground beef made into meatballs)

Sunday: Lemon pepper split chicken breasts and brussels sprouts
