So a few days ago I started Paleo. I use to be Vegan and really loved it but I didnt lose weight, I maintained and since having a baby I need to lose this weight! So Paleo seemed like the best option for me right now. I dont know if I will go back to being Vegan after I get back to 140 or not. Im starting Paleo at 188 pounds (I do not like saying that at all)
Ive found some good recipes for food Ive tried the Taco Bake (amazing) and a Ginger Beef Stir-Fry with Miracle Noodles (good but not as good as the Taco Bake)

Tomorrow is Day 3. As of right now (after 2 days) I have lost 3 pounds. Not everyday can be an elaborate meal. Tonight Im having Cage-Free Organic Chicken (roasted with Mushrooms and Garlic in Coconut Oil) and Organic Squash w/ Onions. All food on Paleo is Organic so I guess thats without saying!
