A Few Short Lines Before Bed

Today I did okay. No sugar, other than sucanat. And no white flours.

Found out the dog had fleas so I had to treat 3 animals and clean the house. There's my exercise for the day. :) Thank GOD for wood flooring!

I'm exhausted now. Daylight savings so I lost an hour of sleep. And the dog woke me up periodically. I'm going to go read and put the dog beds into the wash with the bleach!

I'm feeling so good about how well I am doing with staying away from sugar!

THIS WORKS. WENT ON WEEKS CRUISE DID NOT GAIN A POUND.

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years
old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off. took 16 months.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x. took 7 months.

use a salad plate as a dinner plate

use fruit for your sweet tooth cravings, an apple works great. helps with the chewing sensation.

fill your salad plate with half vegetables.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
