Weekend challenge take 2

I was really struggling yesterday and just didn't want to do anything!
My eating wasn't great. Nothing really bad, just not enough fruits and veggies or fiber. I had a grilled tuna and cheese on some healthy bread for lunch. I crawled in bed and watched some TV after that. Fell asleep and never did have dinner. Stayed in range with sodium. No exercise.
I'm making some changes today.
