Weekend challenge take 2

I was really struggling yesterday and just didn't want to do anything!

My eating wasn't great. Nothing really bad, just not enough fruits and veggies or fiber. I had a grilled tuna and cheese on some healthy bread for lunch. I crawled in bed and watched some TV after that. Fell asleep and never did have dinner. Stayed in range with sodium. No exercise.

I'm making some changes today.

    Some days we just need a rest day. I'm learning that....and when I actually take my rest days I feel so much better...even if that means zero exercise points for a challenge. Sometimes just being lazy is worth it! :)
