After putting in quite a bit of work on designs for a competition this coming weekend and surviving the longest stomach virus in history, I must say it is fabulous to get back to the gym! Didn't do anything crazy, just got on the treadmill and walked...and it felt great! Looking forward to starting back with some strength training tomorrow. If anyone has any great arm and ab routines, let me know!

    YAY!!! I went to the gym today after being sick all day yesterday. It probably wasn't my best idea, but I just have to do something (even if I am sick!). So I also walked on the treadmill, and it was nothing spectacular. It was only between 3.2 and 3.4 mph (I normally warm up at 3.5 mph, but when I started there my body wen't "oh no you don't!") and did a low incline for an hour.

As far as an arm workout - bicep curls, tricep dips, lateral raises.
