Asylum - Days 26, 27, and 28!!!

OK, I just don't what happened!! Where have my blogs been? Here are the workouts:

Vertical Plyo
Back to Core
Relief

I really liked having all three of these workouts back to back like this. Right after Game Day & Overtime where you're wiped out, you come back strong with Vertical Plyo. Then, you work your back hard, and then you stretch. They really do all go together.

As I can tell by my blog posting, it's a good thing I workout first thing in the morning. Anything for myself (exercise, blogging, etc.) gets pushed off as the day goes on if I'm busy. It's almost like I am not n control of myself until I finally stop for the night and go to sleep. I have me to myself for the morning to workout and then BLAM, I'm someone else's again. Today was the only day I had to myself, and I had so many errands and chores that I again put myself on the back burner until now. I'm glad I finaly got a chance to catch up.

Oh, and only two more days!!!!!!

    I am assuming you finished Asylum on the 6th, so WAY TO GO!!! What's next for you? Thanks for inspiring us all with your posts about the workouts!!! emoticon

    You are killing Asylum! Way to go! Only two days to go then it is on to the next! I know what you mean about feeling like you are not in control of yourself until you go to sleep. Glad you can get your workouts done early so you don't have any issue with that! Finish strong!
