OK, I just don't what happened!! Where have my blogs been? Here are the workouts:
Back to Core
I really liked having all three of these workouts back to back like this. Right after Game Day & Overtime where you're wiped out, you come back strong with Vertical Plyo. Then, you work your back hard, and then you stretch. They really do all go together.
As I can tell by my blog posting, it's a good thing I workout first thing in the morning. Anything for myself (exercise, blogging, etc.) gets pushed off as the day goes on if I'm busy. It's almost like I am not n control of myself until I finally stop for the night and go to sleep. I have me to myself for the morning to workout and then BLAM, I'm someone else's again. Today was the only day I had to myself, and I had so many errands and chores that I again put myself on the back burner until now. I'm glad I finaly got a chance to catch up.
Oh, and only two more days!!!!!!
