Well here it is....year 29....

I may stop celebrating birthdays, last year there was a mini blizzard the day before my birthday and this year there was a hurricane...yep definitely going to stop celebrate. Or at least I will ignore the day before my birthday. So how have I done as far as my weight loss journey and other goals for life? Heh...I've maintained the same weight since this time last year. Course I was thinking I'd be much much closer to my goal weight if not at it. But in this last year I've concentrated more on the good things than the bad, especially when it comes to my habits. In the past year I've learned I'm a good little housekeeper :) Due to my weightloss so far I'm also learning more about my general style, which amazingly is a lot more classy than I expected. :)

Now its time for some mini goals to make up for what I haven't been able to do so far:
- Lose 10 lbs by Christmas
- Remove almost all processed meat from my diet (i.e. goodbye hot dogs)
- Cook dinner on my days off, to benefit my family as well as myself
- Research ingredients in my family's traditional dishes to see if I can make them healthier without changing them too bad

There that should do for now :)
